Indo- Cyprus Film & Cultural Forum

In November 2015, ICMEI and the High Commission of Cyprus in India reached a mutual agreement to establish the Indo-Cyprus Film & Cultural Forum. 1 This forum was created with the clear objective of strengthening the friendly relations between the people of India and Cyprus through the medium of art and culture. 2 The High Commissioner of Cyprus in India, HE Demetrios Theophylactou, nominated Prof. Sandeep Marwah as the first Chairperson of the Indo-Cyprus Film & Cultural Forum. 3 Dr. Marwah was also honoured with an invitation for a State Visit to Cyprus where he signed several important MOUs related to the media and entertainment industry 4
